VENUE PARKING
The UCalgary campus has several pay-parking lots to cater to campus venues. Some parking lots are more accessible to our venues than others. Due to limited indoor building access after 9:00PM, we encourage attendees for events at our venue to park only in our recommended lots. Access to non-recommended parking lots may be confusing after hours or in the dark. Paying for parking in most lots can be purchased via the kiosks located in most locations. Parking services for all lots on the UCalgary campus are managed by the UCalgary Ancillary Services. Failure to pay for parking in designated pay-parking zones will result in a parking ticket.
Parking recommendations for the MacEwan Ballroom, MacEwan Hall, or MacEwan Conference and Event Centre are as follow:

We only recommend these options for short-term (under 2 hours) parking due to cost, max stay duration, etc.

CALGARY TRANSIT
The UCalgary campus is well served by Calgary Transit during their regular transit operating hours.
C-TRAIN
The C-Train is located at the East end of campus via the University station and the REDLINE – NORTHWEST train.
BUS
Various busses serve the campus via 24 Ave. NW/University Way NW and 32 Ave. NW.
The 32 Ave. NW bus lines include the 9, 20, 38, 65, 82.
The 24 Ave./University Way NW bus lines include 9, 19, 90, 104.

PROMOTER/VENDOR ACCESS
Promoters and vendors wishing to access the venue with a vehicle for loading/unloading will have special permission and instructions from the venue administrators. Please communicate with your venue contact for information.
